Reordering products helps you quickly purchase items you or a member of your organization has ordered before. Direct Supply offers two easy ways to reorder items: directly from search results or from your order history. This article explains both options.
Before you begin
For the best experience, sign in to your Direct Supply account.
1. Reorder from search results
Search for the product that you want to buy.
If you have previously purchased an item that meets those search terms, it will appear at the top of the page, along with date you last purchased.
Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout, or continue shopping to find more products
2. Reorder from your order history
Select Order history.

Use the search to find a specific order, or filter based on:
Date range: Adjust the list by dates of purchase.
Ordered by: Look at only the orders placed by you, or all orders.
At location; The order history page displays orders for all locations by default. You can toggle the list between the current location or all locations.
Select Buy Again. This will automatically add the item to your cart and will redirect you to your cart.
Troubleshooting reordering
- If you can't find the product in either of these workflows, you can always search to find the product and add it to a Shopping List for convenient reordering
