You can track your order once tracking information is available from the supplier. This article explains how to find tracking details and what to expect if tracking is not yet available.

Troubleshooting tracking information
Before you begin
For the best experience, sign in to your Direct Supply account.
- Tracking information becomes available once the supplier has shipped the order and provided us with a tracking number. If you don't see tracking information, please check back. This will be available once we get it from the supplier.
View tracking information for an order
Select Order history.

Use the search to find a specific order, or filter based on:
Date range: Adjust the list by dates of purchase.
Ordered by: Look at only the orders placed by you, or all orders.
At location; The order history page displays orders for all locations you're associated with by default. You can toggle the list between the current location or all locations.
Choose Track Order to open order details.
Select Track order again to view the carrier tracking page.
Troubleshooting tracking information
- If tracking is not available yet:
- Tracking information appears only after the supplier ships the order.
- During processing, tracking may not be available.
- Check back later for updates once the supplier provides shipment details.
- I can't find my order number
- Check that you have selected the correct location
- Tracking is provided via the Direct Supply Order Number, not a customer PO (Purchase Order) number
